I believe through unity in diversity individuals and organizations thrive. That by embracing each unique story and voice it empowers individuals, leaders and communities to grow and develop. I inspire and guide people to not just trust their voices but to use them. To communicate with confidence and have discernment and stop shrinking themselves, learn their perspectives, thoughts, ideas and know their story matters.
With a master's degree in communication, a background in corporate marketing leadership and business development, experience developing leadership communication training, I bring together professional expertise, an understanding of human behavior and personal belief that success in both one's professional and personal life comes from being yourself. I use a science backed approach in trainings, a combination of research based workshops, along with behavioral and pattern changing strategies, contribute to the success of trainings, workshops and keynotes.
I'm a speaker, storyteller and wayfinder, I have been where I am leading others, someone who helps people see what they may not be able to see for themselves, approach difficult conversations differently and recognize the capability they already possess.
My philosophy is simple: you shouldn't have to lose yourself to succeed, belong or be heard.
I help people find the courage to speak up, lead authentically and bring their full self to the world. We all benefit when different, unique, individual voices come together.

Through speaking, education and meaningful human connection, Living Unedited helps people recognize the power of their own voice, understand themselves and others more deeply, and turn self-awareness into meaningful action. When people feel confident in who they are and brave enough to express it, they not only change their lives, they also change the rooms, relationships, organizations and communities they are a part of.
The Vision

We envision a collective of people who trust their voices, honor their differences, communicate authentically and recognize the value each person brings to the collective. Through Living Unedited, we are building a movement that brings people together through speaking, shared experiences, events and retreats. Creating spaces where authenticity is welcomed, diverse perspectives are valued and people are empowered to become who they truly want to be. The strongest organizations, communities and world aren't built by making everyone alike, they're built when different people can show up fully, unity in diversity.
